Now we work alongside other leaders. As a Bloom Growth Coach, I help leadership teams prioritize initiatives that produce growth, live out their core values in every interaction and free founders from having to take their laptop on family vacations. All while having fun.

The Bloom Growth Operating System is built on the 8 Essentials: Growth Plan, People, Sales and Marketing, Meetings, Finance and Data, Process, Technology, and Relationships. 8 integrated practices, one shared cadence — the framework we install with every team.

02 · The journey

Ninety days to install.

We start with a ninety-minute Discovery Meeting and move through Bloom Day 1, 30, 60, and 90 — installing the org chart, the 5-Year Vision, the operating rhythm, and the company-wide roll-out. Then the cadence locks in with quarterly sessions and an annual two-day offsite.
