About
We don't coach from theory. We coach from the climb.
Operator first. Coach second. The disciplines we coach are the ones perfected by the 5,000+ companies that came before you.
The climb
Six startups. Two exits. The biggest was a healthcare technology company we co-founded and scaled across fifteen years — a team that delivered hundreds of millions in savings to hospitals along the way, made the Inc. 5000, made the local Fast 50, and learned the hard difference between what scales and what just looks like growth.
The pivot to coaching came from a simple realization: the disciplines that built that company are the same ones most leadership teams never quite install. Not because the playbook is hidden — because the cadence to live it is what's missing. That's the work now. Leadership teams of two to eight, installing the operating cadence that frees the founder and keeps strategy from fading by Friday.

What we believe
Four principles the work keeps proving.
Hope is not a strategy. Cadence is.
Win the week. Four times, and you've won the month. Win the month consistently, and you've won the quarter. Priorities get done. Nothing creeps. Nothing drifts. Growth happens.
Right people, right seats — decisively.
The hardest moves are the people moves, and they're the highest-leverage ones. Teams that delay them pay interest forever. Teams that make them earlier get years back.
Growth that bends the team isn't growth.
Revenue you can't sustain, headcount you can't onboard, scope you can't deliver — that's debt dressed up as progress. Real growth strengthens the team it asks more of.
Strategy is the discipline of choosing what not to do.
Anyone can list priorities. Leadership teams that compound are the ones willing to say no to the good to make room for the right.
Off the clock
Three things the calendar still makes room for.
When the work shuts down, I'm usually on a pickleball court somewhere — competitive 4.0+ level, still chasing the next point. The bourbon collections are not my thing, but my bourbon selection of 200+ bottles are meant to be enjoyed with enthusiasts, friends, and the curious; if you bring something interesting we should compare notes. And grounding everything in my faith brings authenticity and meaning to everything I do. Coaching is merely the channel God has me in to bring blessings to others.

A portion of the home bar. Bring something worth swapping, and we'll compare notes.
