The approach

The Bloom Growth Operating System.

What it is, why it works, and what changes inside ninety days.

What it is

The Bloom Growth Operating System is the framework we install with every leadership team we work with. It isn't a binder. It isn't a quarterly slide deck. It's a shared cadence — eight integrated practices, run weekly, quarterly, and annually — that turns vision into rhythm, and rhythm into results. Most leadership teams don't lack strategy. They lack the discipline to live it. BGOS installs the discipline.

The 8 Essentials

Eight practices. One operating cadence.

01

Growth Plan

The strategic roadmap, and the alignment that keeps every team rowing in the same direction.

02

People

Right people, right seats — and the conversations that keep them there.

03

Sales & Marketing

Attracting and growing the clients who fit the company you're becoming.

04

Meetings

Communication that's tight, decisions that stick, and the time you actually get back.

05

Finance & Data

Numbers that tell you what's working, faster and sharper, with less guesswork.

06

Process

The recurring work, done with speed and quality, so the team can scale what they do.

07

Technology

Tools that compound — inside the company and outside it.

08

Relationships

Trust, psychological safety, authenticity. The differentiator most operators underweight.

Eight practices, run together, on a shared rhythm. Pulling on any one of them in isolation never holds. Pulling on all eight does. The elements that no other growth operating system offers: Sales & Marketing, Technology, and the big differentiator — Relationships. It's the work I wish I could have done when I had my last company.

A structured arc

There's a path. You don't have to figure it out alone.

The work has structure. Not a binder, not a checklist — a sequenced arc that moves a leadership team from a 90-Minute Discovery Meeting through a defined installation period in the first ninety days, then locks into a quarterly and annual rhythm that holds for years. The detail of what happens at each milestone is what we walk through together when we meet. That's not a teaser. It's how we make sure the structure fits the team in the room — not the team a brochure imagines.

Day 1 Discovery Day 30 Day 60 Day 90 Installation complete Quarterly Annual

The shape, not the agenda. The agenda is what the Discovery Meeting fits to your team.

What you get that other coaches don't

A coach who built before he coached — and uses AI to make the weekly hold.

Operator credibility, in the room.

Most coaches teach the playbook. We built and exited the company first. The pattern-recognition you get in a session is calibrated against a real scaling journey, not a textbook one — and it shows up in the decisions you're being asked to make, not the framework they sit inside.

The edge no one else is offering

AI-augmented Weekly Meeting audits.

Most growth-OS coaching cadences stop at the quarterly and annual sessions. Ours doesn't. Clients send us recordings of their Bloom Weekly Meetings; we audit them with a trained AI that surfaces what's drifting, what's not landing, and where the meeting is losing energy — then return a written critique that hones the next week's run. No other coach on any other growth OS is doing this work today.

The cadence, plainly.

Days 1, 30, 60, and 90 are full-day sessions with the leadership team in the first ninety days. After that: quarterly sessions to measure your KPIs, set new quarterly priorities, and dive into one of the 8 Essentials. Three quarterly sessions take us to the annual planning meeting — a two-day offsite where we check in on and refine the 5-Year future, 3-Year vision, 1-Year plan, with deeper dives into the Relationship curriculum and the 8 Essentials. Everything is updated in the Bloom Growth software solution to facilitate your meetings, your progress, and keep everyone accountable.

Ready to install this?

If your team is the right shape for this work, let's talk.

We work with leadership teams of two to eight, in companies between $5M and $200M in annual revenue — growing too fast, growing too slow, or building toward an eventual exit. If that's you, the conversation is short and it's free. It starts with a short founder call to understand what you're building and where the blocks are, and then I'll host a 90-minute coaching session to take you and your team through the Bloom Growth Journey, creating a safe environment for everyone to speak freely.
