This Privacy Policy explains how PA & Associates, Inc. (“PA & Associates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — the company through which Richard D. Palarea (“Rich”) operates his coaching practice — collects, uses, and protects information when you visit bloomwithrich.com (the “Site”) or interact with us through it. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect only what we need to do the work, and we don’t sell your information.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways — what you give us, and what’s gathered automatically.
Information you provide
When you fill out a form on the Site — requesting a free copy of Flourish, submitting a speaking inquiry, booking a call, or otherwise reaching out — we may collect your name, email address, company, role, and, for the mailed book, a shipping address. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use it and to improve their experience. This may include your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and general location. Our website is hosted and served through HubSpot, which sets cookies for analytics and functionality on our behalf. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and requests; ship the book you asked for; schedule and prepare for calls; send you material you’ve requested or agreed to receive; understand and improve how the Site performs; and meet legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations: with service providers who help us run the Site and business — for example HubSpot (our website, forms, and CRM), our email and scheduling tools, and shipping partners for the book — who are permitted to use it only to perform services for us; when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and in connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, in which case we’ll take reasonable steps to keep this policy’s protections in place.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to other places — among them bloomgrowth.com, our scheduling page, and our LinkedIn and Instagram profiles. Those services have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, to maintain our business records, or as required by law — then we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at rich@bloomwithrich.com and we’ll respond consistent with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and rely on established platforms like HubSpot, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
