Where Rich is based
Baltimore area. Working across the country.
Rich is based in the Baltimore, MD area and works with leadership teams across the U.S. — available for in-person quarterly and annual sessions, or for fully remote engagements when travel doesn't fit. For teams that understand the benefit of session days outside their office, Rich holds session days in downtown Baltimore in picturesque Fells Point at the EO Baltimore House, right on the water and within walking distance to after-session dining. Speaking engagements: same coverage, plus international when the audience and topic warrant it.
